FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
+ I CAN'T FIND THE ITEM I AM LOOKING FOR.
You may have seen one of our past limited edition pieces. We make short editions of designs that are labor-intensive. Visit the website regularly or sign up for post notifications on Instagram to ensure you don't miss them.
+ I LIKE ONE OF THE SOLD-OUT LIMITED EDITION DESIGNS I SAW ON INSTAGRAM. CAN YOU MAKE ME ONE?
We make variations of past limited edition designs. We can't remake a sold-out one, but hearing what you like helps us make future decisions. Please send us a message or leave a comment on Instagram.
+ WILL MY JEWELRY LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PHOTO?
Almost; however, our pieces are artisanal and mostly handmade. We respect the design's specifications, but the result is always unique. The patina or the clasp may vary slightly, but you will get something almost identical to the photo.
+ CAN I USE YOUR JEWELRY ON MY PHOTOSHOOT?
Definitely! You need to follow a few necessary steps that guarantee that the jewelry will be returned in good condition or paid for. Please get in touch with us so that we can send you all the details about it.
+ DO GIFT CERTIFICATES EXPIRE?
- No, they don't; however, all sales are final. Please read the Gift Certificates section on our Guarantee and Terms of Sale page.
+ DO YOU DO CUSTOM PIECES OR MODIFICATIONS?
We produce collections of ready-to-wear jewelry because there are many people involved in the making, and some of our metals have to travel from other countries. For that reason, it is hard to make modifications or custom pieces, but please let us know what you have in mind; some variations, like casting a design in silver, are possible to make.
+ DO YOU DO JEWELRY REPAIRS?
We will do repairs of Osseum Jewelry only within the appropriate time limit and conditions. Please look at the Guarantee and Terms of Sale page for more information about it.
+ WHERE DO YOU GET THE BONES? IS THE JEWELRY CRUELTY-FREE?
It is all found or donated by friends and relatives who also find it. We bought owl pellets from a raptor sanctuary in Minnesota that helps injured birds and releases them back to nature, but that was the only time. Bones are easy to find; there is no need to buy them.
+ DO YOU DO COLLABORATIONS?
I am open to it. Let me know what you have in mind, and I will see if it is possible.
+ HOW DO YOU DO...?
Please visit our ' Behind our Jewelry ' page if you have a technical question about jewelry making. It will give you a good idea of our process and techniques. We also put together multiple playlists on our youtube channel with the techniques we use. If you can't find your answer, send us a message on Instagram.
