There is a repair guarantee available to you, but we are proud to say that, until this day, no one has used it. We carefully inspect every item before it leaves the shop to ensure it is up to our standards.

+ RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All sales are final. If your order is a gift, please choose a Gift Certificate or one of our eGift Cards. Each of our products listings specifies all the characteristics of our pieces, including weight and materials. Refunds will not be issued due to customer change of mind, error, damage, or allergic reactions.

If damage occurs during shipping or does not match your order, we can make an exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Please get in touch with us.
Osseum jewelry cannot be returned unless it is still inside its sealed protective materials. Such materials cannot show alterations made to them. The seal assures us that the jewelry has not been used.

+ REPAIRS

We are proud to say that we have never gotten one of our pieces back for repair. We pay much attention to our jewelry production and inspect every piece before it leaves the shop. But things can happen.

If there is a manufacturing problem within six months of your purchase, please contact us. We will evaluate the situation. If it results from something we didn't do well, we will exchange it for a new one.

Our shop accepts and securely processes any credit or debit card and has PayPal and Apple pay available. There is no need to have a PayPal account.

International orders may have taxes and duty fees applicable upon arrival. Please read the international shipping section below.
Sales taxes vary depending on the shipping location. If applicable, charges will be added to your order after providing a shipping location.

+ GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders ship from Oregon, USA, via USPS and ship the next business day after your payment has cleared.
PLEASE PROVIDE A SECURE ADDRESS. Osseum jewelry is not responsible for loss or theft unless the package gets lost by the mail service.
All packages include a tracking number that will be included in your shipping confirmation e-mail.
If a package gets returned to us because the mailing address was incorrect or because you didn't pick it up on time at the post office, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fee back to you.

+ INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND FEES

Osseum jewelry is not responsible for the taxes and duty fees your country may apply to your package upon arrival. Please check your county's policies before ordering.
If a package gets returned to us because it wasn't picked up on time, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fee back to you again.

+ AVAILABLE SHIPPING OPTIONS

Domestic first-class shipping is FREE without signature confirmation. It takes 3-5 business days and includes tracking.
Domestic first-class shipping with signature confirmation: $7.20; it takes 3-5 business days and includes tracking.
Domestic priority shipping: $8.30; it takes 2-3 business days and includes tracking.
International priority flat rate shipping takes 6 to 10 days and costs $27.90 to Canada and $36.45 to all other locations. There is no tracking once the package leaves the US, but it will tell us the day it arrived in your country and the day it was delivered to you. It includes insurance for up to $200

+ GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates don't expire and can be redeemed at any time during checkout. All sales are final. Each gift certificate comes with a unique code valid for the dollar amount you selected and can be used only once. Refunds will not be issued for unused codes.
